If you have applied and/or received a partial refund, you will still access the My Diabetes app until the end of your current subscription period.
Once a full refund is issued, you will no longer have access to the product. All refunds are transferred to the account that initially paid for the product. If you dispute or chargeback the purchase with your credit card provider, we will not be able to refund the transaction, and it might take months until the final resolution is settled upon.
