How to manage my subscription when it's purchased with Google Play?

If you would like to cancel a subscription purchased through the Google Play Store, please follow the steps below:

1. First, make sure you're signed in to the correct Google account
2. Go to the Play Store and tap Menu > Subscriptions
3. Select the subscription you wish to cancel (My Diabetes)
4. Tap Cancel subscription
5. Follow the instructions to complete the cancellation request

Please note
Simply deleting the app will not cancel your subscription. Make sure to follow the steps above.
